PRE COURSE
- From first contact and all contact thereafter you speak to your trainer
- We discuss fully what you are looking for and go through all relevant options and then decide together what is the most effective solution for you
- We agree a clear brief, required content, set of objectives, sales goal and the desired outcome the solution should achieve
- Your trainer will customise your course to suit by liaising with you for the required product knowledge and ensure a solid sales objective and training strategy is in place as well as doing research into your market - No course is ever just off the peg!
- Liaise pre course to confirm the brief & objectives are incorporated within the course material.
- We invite you or the sales manger to sit in, this is not counted as a delegate number
ON THE DAY
- Your trainer will explain what the training objectives are to ensure each delegate is prepared and knows what to expect
- All training is implemented in a clear and methodical step by step approach, ensuring every stage is understood by all delegates before proceeding
- Training is conducted to encourage delegates to participate as a group, team and individual, using various methods that appeal both visually and audibly, using discussion, role-playing, music, video and even games to help explain technical elements or principles and ensure best retention.
- Every delegate will receive tailored course handouts and given time to take their own notes.
POST COURSE
- We have a review and feedback session with you about each delegate
- All delegates who have attended our courses can call or e-mail their trainer to discuss any issues, thoughts, problems, run over objections, get a bit of clarity or just to ask advice for a full month following their course.
- We don’t then fall off the face of the planet! We offer a comprehensive follow-on option
