We pride ourselves in our careful and thoughtful preparation and the implementation of the course itself, but what about the weeks and months that follow?
AFTERCARE SERVICE
Every delegate who attends our courses, is able to call or e-mail us FREE OF CHARGE with any thoughts, problems, run over objections, something from the course to get a bit of clarity or just to ask advice for anything they need or want help on handling. This is available for one full month after the course is completed.
COACHING - ON-GOING DEVELOPMENT / MANAGEMENT / MOTIVATION
Providing training for your staff gives them the skills and tools to enable them to better and more effectively perform their job, it is therefore an important investment. But in any sales force once success is around, complacency creeps in and the focus and intensity is reduced, short cuts can then be taken on the pitch, all of this results in that initial burst of enthusiastic activity slowing down, sales staff resting on their laurels all of which can impact their success, conversion rate, motivation and individual and team moral as well as the bottom line.
In order to ‘keep them on their toes’ we offer an on the job coaching option which ensures that the enthusiasm following training is maintained and built upon, and even if you have not had any training you may want an objective impartial person to come in and shake things up!

HOW WE DO IT
We agree on your requirements and brief for each session, and provide you feed back from these. We provide on the spot analysis of problems, give suggestions, discuss options, and set clear achievable objective and goal setting for the next session.
